We offer two flexible options: 'Pay by Weight' which is perfect for mixed family loads (priced per kg), and 'Individual Items' which is best for specific garments like shirts, dresses, and bedding that require special attention.

Payment is taken securely online at the time of booking. We accept PayPal as well as all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout portal.

Simply place your clean, dry clothes in a bag ready for collection. You don't need to sort them! If you have selected our 'Individual Items' service, our driver will verify the items upon collection.

It's entirely up to you! During the booking process, you can specify your exact preferences for each garment—whether you want them hung, folded, or a mix of both. If you require items hung, there is a one-time non-refundable deposit/fee of £5.00 applied to your very first booking. This covers the cost of your initial hangers (we allocate up to 30 hangers per customer), and you won't be charged this fee on any future bookings. Please return your hangers on your next booking for reuse.

True to our name, we offer lightning-fast turnaround times! Standard services are typically completed within 48 hours, and we also offer a 24-hour Express service if you need your items back in a hurry.
